SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. On our side, we will start making your clothes, which are made especially for you. Tailoring can take up to 10 working days.
Once the tailoring process is complete, your clothes will be carefully packaged and sent with Canada Post. You will then receive an email confirming the shipment of your package, as well as a tracking number for it. Delivery can take 24 to 36 hours. Please note that this time frame does not represent any guarantee. Our delivery depends on Canada Post services which can be affected by unforeseen delays such as bad weather or strikes.
For any return request, the customer must contact firstname.lastname@example.org who will assess the request within a maximum of 48 working hours. When the claim is approved the item in question must be returned in its original condition*.
The return must be made within 14 days after receiving the package. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the product, EIV will evaluate it. If the product is in its original condition*, the customer will receive their refund within 10 working days. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
In the event that the returned product is not in its original condition*, the customer will not be refunded and will have to pay for the delivery of the product to recover it.
For all merchandise exchanges, the customer must contact email@example.com with a copy of their original invoice, the reason for the return, as well as the model, size and color of the item they wish to obtain instead.
*Returned items must not have been washed, worn or damaged in any way. Returned items must still contain all of their original tags.
Please note that any exchange or return request must be made to firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests made on other platforms may not be considered.
